The Residency #4 Saturday night event was an emotional evening for us all. The risotto left me speechless. The light combination of extra virgin olive oil infused with herbed mushrooms made for what I believe was an unforgettable evening. The iced tea, oh the iced tea! It was a controversial blend of strong leaf aromas and subtle bitterness that formed a bouquet unlike any I've ever tasted.
Kudos to the catering team for offering up an absolutely unforgettable evening!
