Watchout Dominican University....here comes Presidio! In a recent McKinsey report, estimates show that Spring 2010 enrollment at Dominican University is likely to increase by 123%. The cause of the forecasted growth stems largely from a large number of students from nearby Presidio Graduate School of World College Management leaving their school in desperate hope for an academic environment that they can focus in. Industry research and analysis has found that over 43% of Presidio students can't focus on finals because they're too worried about whether or not their school is falling apart. 35% of the students are happy at Presidio because they're just looking to get in an argument and the current leadership at the school is giving them plenty of opportunities to do so.
The impact that this mass exodus will have on local businesses such as "Greens-To-Go" and the Marina Safeway is yet to be determined.
